Webster County ATV fatality

 The Iowa State Patrol investigated an all terrain vehicle accident late Sunday afternoon in Webster County that claimed the lives of two Fort Dodge residents. The accident happened at approximately 5:06 p.m. on the South River Road a mile and a half south of Fort Dodge. Reportedly a tree on the east side  of the road fell across the roadway striking a northbound Honda ATV operated by 21 year old Jordan M. Ulicki. Ulicki and his passenger 20 year old Sadie Rae Foreman were both pronounced dead at the accident scene by Webster County Medical Examiner Dr. Dan Cole. State Patrol Lieutenant Kelly Hindman said there was no immediate known action which caused the tree to fall. The investigation continues by the Iowa State Patrol. Assisting at the accident scene were members of the Webster County Sheriff's Department, Fort Dodge and Otho Fire Departments, Unity Point-Trinity Regional Medical Center Ambulance Service and the Iowa Department of Natural Resources.
