Webster City City Council to meet on Monday evening.

 The Webster City City Council will meet Monday evening at 7:00 p.m. at city hall. The council will meet with Sharon Kruse regarding the Webster City Community and Senior Center,consider recommendations from the Hotel/Motel Tax Board and,consider a request from the Chamber of Commerce to close Second Street from Willson Avenue to Des Moines Street and Des Moines/Second Street to Des Moines/First Street from 5:30 until 12 midnight on Fridays, July 5 and August 9 for the "Summer Night" promotion. In other matters the council will make a motion on a request to contract pothole patching on designated streets, and consider two requests for the purchase of a half ton pickup for the Water Plant and the Wastewater Plant. The council will meet in closed session to evaluate the performance of the City Manager. The council meeting will be telecast on cable channel 12 in Webster City this Monday evening.
