The next meeting of the Webster City City Council will be Monday evening at 7:00 in the council chambers.The agenda for the meeting includes the second reading on the proposed ordinance for zoning as it relates to definitions, uses and new requirements for certain uses necessitating a development agreement.There will be the first reading of an ordinance relating to signs. A public hearing is set for 7:15 p.m. on a development agreement and pledge of incremental tax revenues. The council will meet in a closed session to discuss strategy with counsel in matters that are presently in litigation or where litigation is imminent. Monday's council proceedings can be viewed on cable channel 12 in Webster City with repeat telecasts at 7:00 on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
