New record high for Webster City on Tuesday afternoon!

A record high was set at the KQWC Radio Hill weather reporting station on Tuesday afternoon. The temperature hit 98 degrees at mid afternoon breaking the old record of 94 set on May 14,1932. Tuesday's high marked the first time since September 11,2012 when the mercury hit 91 degrees that day. No records are expected today as temperatures are forecast to reach the mid 70s with partly cloudy skies.
