Fair Fun continues at the Hamilton County Fair.

 Today marks the halfway point of the Hamilton County Fair. Last night's races at the speedway were called at about 9:30 due to the weather. The fair today will feature the junior beef show judging in the show arena at 8:00 a.m. The Bucket Bottle Calf Show is set for 5:00 this afternoon at the show arena. The participants in the show will be interviewed on KQWC FM beginning at 3:00 today. A pancake breakfast will be served today through Sunday from 7:00 until 8:30 at the Hamilton County Fair Foundation at the Crestview Nursing and Rehabilitation tent. The 4-H and commercial exhibits will be open from 11:00 until 9:00 tonight and Saturday.  Hypnotist Brian Imbus will perform today and Saturday at 1:00,3:00 and 5:00 on the Ed Prince Stage. There will be a pedal pull today and tomorrow at 3:30 south of the Co-op building. The Power UP Youth Trivia contest will be at 4:00 today and tomorrow on the Ed Prince Stage. Tonight's grandstand event will be the trailer races,the Hound and Hare Race and fireworks to wrap up the evening.

On Saturday, the fair continues with the judging of junior swine at 8:00 a.m. in the show arena. The second flower show will start at 1:00 p.m.at the Floral Hall. The Bill Riley Talent Show starts at 2:00 p.m. at the Ed Prince Stage. An archery demonstration in the Claude Horse Arena will take place at 3:00 p.m. Another big night of racing is set for 6:00 p.m. Saturday evening with IMCA Late Models, Modified, Stock Cars, Sport Mods, Hobby Stock and Sport Compact Divisions.

The 96th annual Hamilton County Fair ends Sunday with a horse show set for 9:00 a.m. The Hamilton County Fair Second Annual Showdown starts at 11:00 a.m in the show arena. The Parade of Champions is set for 1:30 Sunday afternoon followed by the 4-H Quilt Raffle Drawing, awarding the 4-H Scholarships and the Supreme Hamilton County Senior Showman Competition. All of the 4-H and commercial exhibits will be open from 1:00 until 6:00 p.m.Smith Amusements will open at 2:00 Sunday afternoon with arm bands on sale from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. The Championship Pedal Pull will be held at 4:00 p.m. Sunday at the grandstand. There will be ten $10 drawings for kids 12 and under at Hamilton Plaza at 5:00 p.m Sunday.The Demolition Derby starts at 5:00 Sunday afternoon at the grandstand.
