Boone Bash River Dash set for Saturday!

 The annual Boone Bash River Dash returns to Webster City this Saturday. The day's activities will begin with registration at Riverside Park from 9:00 until 2:00 p.m The Boone Bash River Dash Canoe Race and Float will be under from 10 until 2 with the event to start at Riverside Park and ending at Briggs Woods Park which is a course of 4.6 miles. The Boone Bash Iowa Gams Adventure Race is set for 10:00 until 2:00 at Riverside Park. It is expected that an estimated 36 people will take part in this race. The registration for the Cardboard Boat Regatta begins at 1:30 at Briggs Woods Beach with the boat races slated for 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Other activities will include the Boone Bash Kids Dash Inflatables and Games in West Twin Park from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. You are invited to a free picnic at West Twin Park at 5:30 followed by the awards ceremony set for 6:00 p.m.at the West Twin Park band shelter.
